My Approach

Therapy made for you

Therapy is a deeply personal process, so what goes into creating therapy for you should be just as personalized.

I have a person-centered approach with a holistic view—I want to look at all the different parts of your life and see the big picture. As if building a house, I want to start with the foundation: who you are and where you want to be.

I want to help you feel confident in yourself and your ability to build the life you want to live. As you start your therapy journey, ask yourself: Where would you like to see yourself in six months?

Our Story

A Space of Your Own was born from the recognition that therapy has not always been inclusive. You deserve care that is made for you - you deserve a space to call your own.
