Dealing with ADHD especially when it comes to memory retention, focus, and executive dysfunction can feel like its own to-do list on top of the one you already have. You don’t need to feel any more exhausted in keeping up with yourself, and ADHD can start to feel more like a teammate, rather than an opposing player.

With me, we’ll track how ADHD is showing up in your life, and what you would like your day to day routine to look like. We will also work on a system of support so that when motivation and interest drop, you feel confident in having a toolkit that provides enough of difference of routine to satisfy ADHD’s moving interests, but that also still supports you in meeting what you need.
