About me
I graduated from Antioch University with my degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2025. I worked as a student counselor in community mental health where I specialized in working with chronic illness, ADHD (and AuDHD) PTSD, OCD anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions. I am passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own identity, and living free of the shame that so many of us are taught to carry.
In my personal life, I take care of my three large dogs who may at times see laying out in the background of my office. I enjoy getting outside, gardening, and writing in my free time. I spent several years working with musicians local to Los Angeles and Ventura County in California, and love to make music a part of the therapeutic journey when the passion for music is shared.
I am a queer and disabled counselor, and much of my experience molds how I approach therapy. I began training as a counselor when I realized that there were huge gaps in this field when it came to finding counselors who could understand how marginalization affects mental health, and where the unique intersections of holding multiple identities show up in the therapy room.
