I offer 55-90 minute Telehealth counseling sessions to individuals and relationships. Reach out to me for more information or with any questions you have.
I accept most Premera and Lifewise insurance plans.
Note that insurance coverage is only for 55 minute sessions
Individual Counseling
I work with individuals in therapy to help them build the skills to get themselves to where they want to be.
Individual counseling is ages 15 and up
$145 per 55 minute session
$200 per 90 minute session
Sliding scale may be available
Relationship Counseling
I work with couples and polyamorous folks in relationship counseling to help improve communication, decrease conflict, and form strong bonds of trust.
$175 per 55 minute session
$250 per 90 minute session
