Longer sessions may be available upon request and with adjusted pricing.
I accept Premera and Lifewise insurance plans.
Individual Counseling
I work with individuals in therapy to help them build the skills to get themselves to where they want to be.
Individual counseling is ages 15 and up
$145 per session

Relationship Counseling
I work with couples and polyamorous folks in relationship counseling to help improve communication, decrease conflict, and form strong bonds of trust.
$175 per session
