As an OCD haver myself, I understand how much OCD can take over our thoughts every day and in every way. Intrusive thoughts is not just an internet meme, but a genuine reality of recurring thoughts that appear without warning and stick like glue to our brain, circling back over and over again.
I use a modified ERP therapy to help you feel more confident in the moments of discomfort. That idea alone can feel scary, but it is followed by the relief of no longer giving into your compulsions.
